演講簡介
In this lecture, Dr. Chia Liu will cover family structures across societies and highlight the unique relationship between economic development and changing families. Drawing on her own ongoing research, she will focus on living arrangements in Europe and Asia and their changes across time. Next, she highlights one contemporary challenge which encapsulates difficulties resulting from both demographic and social changes facing Asia–older age suicide.
